- 24-48 hours: 50% refund available
- After 48 hours: No refund available
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through email or contact form
- Once application is submitted to government portal, no cancellation possible

- Full Refund (100%): If service not initiated within 24 hours of payment
- Partial Refund (50%): If work is in progress (24-48 hours)

- Technical issues from our side: Full refund guaranteed
- Duplicate payment: Full refund within 7 days

- UPI Payments: Refund to same UPI ID (1-3 working days)
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund to same card (3-7 working days)

- Wallet: Instant refund to wallet
